CHAIRMAN & CEO
Randy Keene serves as the CEO of Alliance Family of Companies after serving as chairman of the board for the last several years. He comes to the position with thirty years of experience in sales, finance and operations management.
Prior to joining Alliance, Randy served as the CEO of Avail Medical Products, Inc. and was the founding partner of Ancor Capital Partners. Under Randy’s leadership, Avail Medical became one of the world’s largest medical outsource manufacturers with over 4,000 employees across 13 locations.
He is a member of the World Presidents Organization and was named to Medical Device & Diagnostic Industry magazine’s “100 Notable People” list for his significant contributions to the medical device industry. Randy also has served on the boards of a number of charitable organizations. His passion is to help feed starving children around the world and educate those who are disadvantaged. He has been involved in providing clean drinking water in Third World countries and protecting women who have been sexually abused. In America, he is involved in teaching people the values and principles of generosity.
Conor serves as President of Alliance Family of Companies. Since joining Alliance, Conor has guided the organization towards tremendous growth, including multiple successful acquisitions. Under his leadership, Alliance has consistently achieved year-over-year revenue and profitability, while implementing cutting edge strategies to diversify sources of revenue. Since 2013, Alliance has been listed 3 times in the Inc. 5000 and recognized as one of the fastest growing healthcare companies in North America.
Prior to joining Alliance, Conor served as Senior Manager of Corporate Communications and Marketing at ADCom Solutions, where he achieved Million Dollar Club membership.
Conor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University. As an alumnus, Conor accepted a nomination for SMU’s Dallas 100 Entrepreneur Awards in 2015 – an annual event honoring the fastest-growing privately held companies in the Dallas area.
Dr. Slater serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Alliance Family of Companies. Dr. Slater has worked in the field of epilepsy for more than 27 years. He served as the Director of the Texas Comprehensive Epilepsy Program from 2004 to 2017, growing the center from a single neurologist and neurosurgeon to one of the largest epilepsy surgery programs in the country. He has served as an investigator for numerous clinical trials of novel anticonvulsants and medical devices. His early research work focused on the potential for applying techniques of the developing field of artificial neural networks to classification problems in clinical neurophysiology. These studies demonstrated the ability of such networks to distinguish disease states with a level of discrimination higher than achieved through statistical or human visual analysis. While the architectures have evolved and now such analyses are commonplace, these were the first such studies of their kind. His more recent research has focused on changes to brain electrical activity related to drowsiness.
Chief Financial Officer
Patricia, a CPA, graduated from Bradley University and began her career as an auditor in public accounting. She transitioned to the manufacturing sector and has spent the last 20 years working in healthcare.
Most recently, Patti was CFO of HealthTrackRx, a clinical laboratory that provided programs for clinicians supporting responsible opioid prescribing decisions, as well as Med Fusion Clinical Laboratory, a full-service laboratory and clinical trials organization focused on cancer care.
Previously, she held multiple positions at Ameripath, an anatomic pathology and esoteric laboratory. As VP Finance and Billing – Hospital Division, she was responsible for the finance and billing of 28 pathology practices servicing 380 hospitals across the United States. Both Ameripath and Med Fusion were acquired by Quest Diagnostics. Patti is thrilled be part of a market-leading healthcare provider that enhances the quality of clinical diagnoses and improves patients’ lives.
Chief Commercial Officer
Lane serves as Chief Commercial Officer for Alliance Family of Companies/Stratus. In this role, he is charged with guiding the organization’s growth strategies and ensuring the company continues to evolve and meet the needs of customers.
Lane has lead growth efforts for several fortune 500 companies, most recently as the Vice President of Business Development for Tenet Healthcare, the second largest investor owned hospital company in North America.
Before joining Tenet, Lane was the Vice President of Business Development and Integration for Health Management Associates which owned and operated over 70 hospitals across the US.
He started his career in Healthcare with Novartis Pharmaceuticals in 2002 serving in various leadership roles over his 9 year tenure.
Lane is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama.
VP of Operations
Zach serves as Vice President of Operations with Alliance Family of Companies. Zach leveraged his managerial experience in a number of sports and fitness clubs and applied them to his Director of Operations role in 2016, when he joined the Alliance family. Since his on-boarding, Zach has aided in the company’s growth by creating operational efficiencies through streamlining processes, employee development and increasing productivity. Zach’s leadership in day-to-day activities and strategic planning allowed him to become Vice President of Operations effective August 2018, where he continues to evolve the department and enhance the delivery of healthcare services.
VP of Marketing
Jennifer joined Alliance in September 2019 as the Vice President of Marketing. With several decades of experience in the healthcare industry, including positions at Johnson & Johnson, St. Jude Medical, HealthTrackRx, and Tagnos, Jennifer is a marketing leader with a proven track record of creating global marketing solutions that deliver sales results and drive strategic business initiatives.
Jennifer has expertise in the identification of key market drivers, as well as the development and communication of unique selling propositions across customer segments and channels.
She’s been recognized for developing collaborative, cross-functional, and cross-cultural relationships to achieve corporate objectives.
Pamela serves as General Counsel for Alliance Family of Companies. Pamela has been an attorney for 30 years and joined Alliance Family of Companies in February 2016. She is responsible for all legal matters relating to the company. Before joining Alliance, Pamela served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for NeXStep, Inc., a pharmacogenomics decision software company. She previously served as the lead attorney in complex civil and criminal litigation matters, arguing frequently in front of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has a B.A. in Journalism from Oklahoma University and a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University. She is licensed in and has argued cases in Texas and Oklahoma, all federal courts in both states, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
DIRECTOR OF HR
Kent serves as Director of Human Resources for Alliance Family of Companies. Kent has over 20 years’ experience serving in a variety of leadership roles in Human Resources. Prior to joining Alliance in July 2016, Kent served as Senior Director of Human Resources for Invitation Homes, a startup Blackstone portfolio company, which has become the nation’s largest owner of single-family rental homes. Kent has led the Human Resources function for Alliance during its aggressive growth, supporting talent acquisition, employee relations and compensation and benefits while ensuring sound employment practices.
